$220 per month

Designed to walk you through wild pregnancy, your free birth and into early postpartum.

Each month, as a group, we’ll move through:

  • A two hour group coaching session

  • Program materials to complete between live sessions

  • Ongoing support via private Telegram group

Groups will be formed around the season of your due(ish) date, with spring, summer, fall and winter co-horts running year round.

Join a small container of up to 10 pregnant women walking the wild pregnancy and sovereign birth journey.

We currently group co-horts together based on the season your baby is due (Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter).

Each month we’ll meet for a 2 hour group coaching call, and walk through a program designed to both support and prepare you mentally, emotionally and spiritually for an unassisted birth.

Our Journey together.

  • birth as it should be.

    We'll review and learn the hormonal blueprint of birth, along with the natural physiological process and how it differs from a medical birth.

  • Past birth experiences.

    If you have birthed previously, we'll process anything that needs to be healed and integrated from any past births.

  • Beliefs & fears.

    We'll explore and unpack your learned beliefs, and fears around birth. This will often include unpacking the prominent birth stories in our lives, along with unquestioned mainstream ideas.

  • Your own birth.

    If possible, we'll revisit the details of your own birth and understand the impact of the birth process you experienced, on your own life.

  • pre-natal self-care.

    Develop an intuitive connection with your body and your baby, and a plan to nourish and nurture yourself during pregnancy. Being the authority during birth, begins with being the authority during pregnancy.

  • preparing for birth.

    Determining who'll be in attendance, preparing a birth altar and intentionally setting up your birthing space.

  • post-partum bliss.

    Plan out your post-partum period, ensuring you have everything you need to thrive as a mother-baby diad. Unpack any self-limiting beliefs that may hold you back from taking this time with your newborn.

  • Birthing season circle.

    As each of you enter the birth portal, and roar (or moan!) your babies earth-side, the group will be right there with you, and our sessions will turn to experience sharing and integration of birth, and real-time post-partum support.

  • Open for enrollment during September, October and November 2024. For due-ish dates falling during Spring of 2025.

  • Open for enrollment during December 2024, January and February 2025. For due-ish dates falling during Summer of 2025.

  • Open for enrollment during March, April and May. For due-ish dates falling during Fall of 2025.

  • Open for enrollment during June, July and August. For due-ish dates falling during Winter of 2025.

  • Open for enrollment during September, October and November. For due-ish dates falling during Spring of 2026.

For $770 a month, we’ll have individual sessions together covering the exact same materials only our sessions with be dedicated exclusively to YOU.

You’ll also receive unlimited text and voice note support from me during the program.

common Questions

  • Roughly 12 months, ideally most women join the relevant container (based on their due-ish date) in their first trimester, and our program will then take you through to about three months post party (depending on when your baby actually arrives).

  • Each season (spring, summer, winter, fall) a new container opens for pregnant mamas to join based on their due(ish) date ( 2 seasons later). For example, the container that opens during Spring ‘25 would be for women who are due during Fall ‘25 and would run through Winter ‘25 to accomodate postpartum integration. This would be referred to as the Fall ‘25 Container.

    *Note this is a global program, however we anchor around Northern Hemisphere seasons for simplicity as I am based in the US.

  • We operate on the premise every woman should choose how they birth based on what feels appropriate for them. If you’re exploring free birth, you’re absolutely welcome to join (and still make your own decision as to your ultimately birth choice for yourself).

    It’s important to note we are not medically trained and need to be explicitly clear that nothing we cover in this program will be medical advice, medical in nature or related to medicalized birth.
